What exactly is PayDC?
PayDC is a subscription-based software system for chiropractors. PayDC represents
an entirely new category of system for the chiropractic industry. PayDC improves compliance AND profitability while
giving the provider the ability to better explain, collect, and manage "patient-portion-due" amounts.

Who is PayDC for?
PayDC is for chiropractors who want to streamline their practice, improve efficiency, compliance, AND profitability.
How are Care [Treatment] Plans and Payment Plans setup?
PayDC users follow simple screens, one step at a time to:
- Generate compliance-based Care Plan Narratives.
- Accurately estimate what Insurance will, and won't pay
- Safely apply discounts to qualified patients
- Schedule Payment Plans that match your business model, OR the patient's!
- Generate a detailed Care Summary that includes Care Plan Narrative AND Financials for clear explanation to the patient, and to protect from audit
How do I get PayDC?
Once you subscribe to PayDC, you'll install the software once to your computer(s), then each time you start PayDC it automatically checks to
make sure you have the most recent update, then launches for you to get going. If updates are needed, it usually takes less than a minute
to complete the entire process. (Our IT team calls this "Web-Based" software.) This way you always have the most up-to-date version!
Can you just send me a CD?
Sorry, that would take both us and you more time than it would be worth. Why wait for a CD when you can install our latest version in just minutes?
So, PayDC must be downloaded and installed. Once installed, all required components and updates will be automatically
installed so that you will always remain on the most recent and current version of the software.
Note: Data is not stored locally
on your computer so you must have a high-speed Internet connection in order to use PayDC.
Will PayDC work with Mac OS?
At the current time PayDC is designed only for computers running Windows Operating Systems. PayDC will soon be able
to use Mac OS users. Please check back for more information.
What about popup blockers?
With PayDC you don't have to worry about popup blockers or other issues typical of web-based applications that run
within a web browser.
Can I use dial up or do I need a high speed internet connection?
A high speed Internet connection must be used for best results with PayDC.
How many computers can I load PayDC on?
You can load PayDC on as many computers as you want. However, additional fees may apply based on how many users and/or separate practices you have.

How many users can I create?
The standard subscription limits your account to two (2) users. Additional users can be added for a fee.

Can I create separate login usernames & passwords for staff?
Yes. You should create a separate user account for each staff member and user. For security reasons it is recommended users not
share login names and user accounts.
What payment options does the Payment Planner allow me to enter?
The PayDC Payment Plan functionality allows for a flexible host of options when choosing payment options. Payment options include the
following, all of which are customizable to meet your specific practice needs:
- Time of Service Payment
- Auto-draft - Full-Past-Pay
- Auto-draft - Equal Payments
- Basic Payment Schedule
- Lump-sum Pre-Payment
Can I apply a patient's insurance when creating a plan?
Absolutely. Using the Insurance Estimator users can specify:
- Insurance Information
- Health Plan Coverage Details
- Deductible
- Visit Co-pays
- Co-InsuranceVisit Limits
- Dollar Caps
- Non-coverage Services
- Accident Coverage Details
- and more
- Health Plan Allowable Amount
- Use Global or Customized Settings for highly accurate estimates.
What if the client does not have or does not want to leave a credit card or bank account info on file?
Payment Plan functionality allows you to enter different Payment Methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Check cards, or Cash.
Can I make Care Plan Templates and apply them for each patient?
Yes, the Care Plan Wizard allows you to save any Care Plan you create as a template. This enables users to build a library of the
most commonly used Care Plans. When you enter the Care Plan Wizard you have the option of choosing from this Care Plan template library.
