{"id":215,"date":"2020-01-21T19:51:16","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T19:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/?page_id=215"},"modified":"2020-05-06T19:31:41","modified_gmt":"2020-05-06T19:31:41","slug":"blocks","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/advanced-settings\/schedule-preferences\/blocks\/","title":{"rendered":"Blocks"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There are two types of blocks: Hard and Soft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard Block<\/strong> will allow you to block time without being able to schedule within that time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft Block<\/strong> will allow you to block time but you will be able to override the block and enter an appointment.<\/p>\n<h3>To Set Up a Block<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click \u201cAdd New Block\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the reason for the block.<\/li>\n<li>Select if the block is a hard or soft block.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Date Range for the block.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Time Range for the block.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Day(s) for the block.<\/li>\n<li>Select the variable you want to block (All, Provider, or Branch).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The All option will block all the zones and providers and will be visible on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>The Provider option will block the provider\u2019s hours but will NOT be visible on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>The Branch option will allow you to block a specific zone and will be visible on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cSave\u201d.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There are two types of blocks: Hard and Soft.
