This can be used for X-rays, Driver\u2019s Licenses, Insurance Cards, etc. and is unique to each patient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Note Box:<\/strong> These fields are located after each tab of the SOAP Notes screen and can be used to enter additional information with a keyboard and mouse, stylus for touchscreens, or speech recognition programs such as Dragon.
