The Date, Time, and Zone will already be completed. Select \u201cPatient Name,\u201d \u201cAppointment Type\u201d and \u201cProvider\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Use the note box to attach a note to an appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Check the box to ignore Soft Block.<\/p>\n<p>Use the New Patient button on the appointment screen to add a new patient to the system.<\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cSave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>Click on \u201cNew Appointment\u201d on the left side of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>An appointment screen will appear.
