{"id":656,"date":"2020-01-24T18:22:51","date_gmt":"2020-01-24T18:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/?page_id=656"},"modified":"2020-01-24T18:22:51","modified_gmt":"2020-01-24T18:22:51","slug":"status","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/appointment-book\/appointments\/status\/","title":{"rendered":"Status"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you right click over patient name you can change the status of the appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient Arrived:<\/strong> Will mark the patient as \u201carrived\u201d and move the patient to the On-Deck Circle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient did not show:<\/strong> Leaves the patient in the Appointment Book and puts a line through their name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient Canceled:<\/strong> Cancels the appointment and takes the patient\u2019s name off the Appointment Book.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acknowledge:<\/strong> Will check the patient as \u201carrived\u201d but does not put them on the On-Deck Circle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delete Appointment:<\/strong> Deletes appointment from the Appointment Book.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reschedule:<\/strong> Allows you to move an appointment (After you click reschedule, you will see an hourglass. Go to the spot you want to reschedule the appointment and right-click. Select the zone for which you want to reschedule the appointment. The appointment screen will then appear for you to confirm the rescheduled appointment.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient Account:<\/strong> Will take you to the patient account screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Patient Payment:<\/strong> Will take you to the billing screen where you can input patient payment information (this is only on the list if the office\u2019s billing software has been turned on).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add a SOAP Note:<\/strong> Will take you into the patient SOAP Note.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If you right click over patient name you can change the status of the appointment.
