{"id":662,"date":"2020-01-24T18:25:19","date_gmt":"2020-01-24T18:25:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/?page_id=662"},"modified":"2020-01-24T18:25:19","modified_gmt":"2020-01-24T18:25:19","slug":"reports","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/appointment-book\/reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here you can run different reports from the Appointment Book.<\/p>\n<p>The filters you select will determine which reports you\u2019ll receive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filters include:<\/strong> Branch, Patient, Provider, Appointment Type, Appointment Status, Date Range, Time Range.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examples of reports include:<\/strong> Day Sheet, Recall List, Patient Schedule, New Patient Report, No Future Appointment Report.<\/p>\n<p>After selecting the filter, click \u201cFind\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment that you seek will appear.<\/p>\n<p>To print the report, select the appointments you desire or click the \u201cAll\u201d box. Click \u201cPrint Appointments\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>To cancel a group of appointments, select the filters to run the search, check the \u201cAll\u201d box and click \u201cCancel Appointments\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The back button will take you back to the Appointment Book.<\/p>\n<p>You can use the View Calendar button to get back to the Appointment Book.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here you can run different reports from the Appointment Book.
