{"id":904,"date":"2020-01-28T23:57:53","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T23:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/?page_id=904"},"modified":"2020-08-04T21:30:39","modified_gmt":"2020-08-04T21:30:39","slug":"find-refund","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/paydc.com\/paydcsupport\/billing\/posting\/find-refund\/","title":{"rendered":"Find Refund"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here you can see all refunds issued through PayDC.<\/p>\n<h3>Filter Search<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Payer Type:<\/strong> Select Patient or Insurance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payer:<\/strong> Select All, Specific Patient or Insurance Carrier<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> the number that was assigned to the refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Will either be drafted or issued.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Search:<\/strong> Shows search results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clear:<\/strong> Will clear the filter search.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Results<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Payer:<\/strong> Shows refund details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payer type:<\/strong> Select \u201cPatient\u201d or \u201cInsurance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Select \u201cIssued\u201d or \u201cDrafted\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund amount<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Number<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>How to Issue a Refund<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/444690459\" width=\"640\" height=\"361\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Payment Detail screen to issue or draft a refund.<\/li>\n<li>Go to \u201cFind a Payment\u201d and click the payer name.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201cRefund\u201d button on the bottom right side of screen.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the Refund Detail screen.<\/li>\n<li>The payer type will default to the payment you clicked.<\/li>\n<li>Payer will default to the payer name you clicked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refund Amount:<\/strong> Type the amount you wish to refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Issued Date:<\/strong> Defaults to today\u2019s date but you can change it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund Method:<\/strong> Select check, electronic, cash or credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Select Issued or Drafted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> Assigns a number to each refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Add comments as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cSave\u201d.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here you can see all refunds issued through PayDC.
