Patient Account

This is known as the patient file.

At the top center of the screen you will see the Patient’s Name, Account Number, Next Appointment Date, Last Appointment Date, Date of Birth, and Primary Phone Number.

This is where you can access a lot of the patient’s information such as administrative information, documentation and accounting information.
