Adding Daily Note

Current Narrative: Will generate a Microsoft Word document of the current note in narrative form.

SOAP Notes Current Narrative

All Narratives: Accesses a date range of notes to view as narratives.

Super Bill: Will generate a super bill of the note you are editing.

SOAP Notes Superbill

Progress Graph: Graph of the progress the patient is making – plotting a Subjective Symptoms rating of 0-10 over the course of treatment.

Growth Chart: Height and weight chart

File Cabinet: Store and view a wide range of file types that you can scan into the Patient’s file. This can be used for X-rays, Driver’s Licenses, Insurance Cards, etc. and is unique to each patient.

Additional Note Box: These fields are located after each tab of the SOAP Notes screen and can be used to enter additional information with a keyboard and mouse, stylus for touchscreens, or speech recognition programs such as Dragon. Check “Include in Subsequent Notes” to have this information copied over to the next Note.
