In the rare case where there is more than one patient with the same birth year and the same last four digits of their Social Security number, the patienty will need to report to the office staff member who marked them as “Arrived.”
If a message appears saying that no patient matches the specified criteria, please check the listing for that patient in the PayDC program to ensure that their birth year and Social Security number has beenve entered correctly.
If a patient is uncomfortable providing their full Social Security number, simply enter the first five digits as 0’s or 1’s and then enter the last four digits normally.
