David Klein

CPC, CPMA, CHC, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

David is a co-founder of PayDC and a well-known speaker and educator at chiropractic conferences. He is a certified Coder and Auditor and Healthcare Compliance expert, and also is the founder and President of DK Coding & Compliance, Inc., a healthcare consulting firm that focuses on audit defense, education, compliance and reimbursement issues.

Colin Cole - Senior Architect - PayDC Chiropractic Software

Colin Cole

Co-Founder and Senior Consultant/Architect

Colin has worked for Microsoft for the last 20 years in various senior technical positions. In his current role as a Cloud Solution architect, Colin works on the Microsoft Azure platform and helps Microsoft’s largest customers transition to the public cloud.  He is a co-founder of PayDC who works to constantly improve performance, functionality, and compliance.

Evan Gwilliam

Clinical Director

Dr. Gwilliam, Clinical Director for PayDC Chiropractic Software, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as Valedictorian and is a Certified Professional Coding and ICD-10 Instructor, Medical Compliance Specialist, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor.  Because he is also a clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration he is a sought-after seminar speaker.  He provides expert witness testimony, medical record audits, consulting, and online courses for health care providers and has authored and contributed to reference books and articles for multiple publications.

Chandra Kotagiri

Director – Software Development

Chandra has over 20 years of IT experience in implementing complex Client/Server, Cloud, Intranet, and Internet web applications. He brings expertise in designing and developing IT applications for Asset Management, Mortgage Banking, Healthcare, Medical-devices, Financial-Brokerage, and Telecom industries. Chandra continues to lead the PayDC team in adding functionality, security, and performance into PayDC Chiropractic Software.

Tom McGrath

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Tom serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Provider Solutions (PayDC), where he oversees a number of key functions as well as guides the strategic direction of the company. He brings decades of business leadership experience to the APS team from a diversity of endeavors. Tom has been involved in the development, growth, and management of numerous businesses and investments, ranging from construction and real estate development to early stage tech & green manufacturing. His roles have included founder and sole shareholder, investor, company officer, and board member.

 

Over the span of his professional career, Tom has donated his time to various charities and community service projects. He has served and continues to serve on several corporate and philanthropic boards.

Robert W. Schoen

Chief Financial Officer

Bob was a CPA and a partner in a regional based accounting firm for over 30 years, where he consulted with numerous midsized businesses on a large variety of projects to improve their financial success. Bob retired from the accounting firm at the end of 2014 and became the CFO of Advanced Provider Solutions, where he has continued his efforts to build and expand a valuable enterprise.

Christie has been with PayDC since 2013. Her background as an office manager and insurance biller in numerous chiropractic and physical therapy offices gives her a unique understanding of the client’s perspective, and allows her to anticipate obstacles during the on-boarding process and provide real-time solutions. She loves travelling with PayDC to trade shows to meet clients in person! When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family, hiking around her home in Doylestown PA, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen!

Office Manager

Mary is the Office Manager here at PayDC. Mary brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of PayDC policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies.  She maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing/invoicing.
 
Mary has been a resident of Philadelphia all her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She loves the beach and a perfect night is ordering in and watching a movie.
