The Role: Full-Time Service Desk Team Member

Our Service Desk Team Members are the first line of support to our clients and are responsible for assisting clients in the installation, and configuration of the PayDC Chiropractic Software as well as integration with other office systems, hardware, and software applications. Additionally, Service Desk Team Members will provide outstanding ongoing support by fielding general questions, trouble shooting, and resolving problems with excellent product and industry knowledge via phone, email, and web chat to meet client needs and ensure their continued success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Windows OS
  • At least two years of work experience as a Help Desk Engineer
  • Strong IT hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus
  • Prior experience with EHR software a plus
  • Prior experience in a Chiropractic office a plus
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft OS, MS Office 365, MS Teams, MS Azure, JIRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
  • Will train on our PayDC Chiropractic Software
  • Responds to common requests for service by providing solutions in real time
  • Uses experience to address user problems and searches knowledge base for potential solutions
  • Escalates complex or unresolved incidents
  • Records and tracks issues from outset to conclusion
  • Assist with onboarding practices for new employees
  • Provide urgent support on evenings and weekends
